   The service was very quick, the staff were lovely and helpful - as well as preparing incredible coffee for me and my partner - 10/10! We WILL be back! The only downside is the noise, but that’s unavoidable being in the mall.

   We came in for a coffee today and server was nice but whilst waiting this man that seemed like the manager was shouting and banging around at staff about minor issues, clearly visable to customers. The rest of the staff where lovely and coffee was great, hope this isn't a problem usually but a bit disappointing to see managers speaking to their staff like that.

   Ordered a coffee to go today, it was quite busy but the staff were handling it well. However, a man who I assume is some sort of manager had an awful attitude towards the rest of the staff. Banging around in view of customers and speaking rudely to his staff, who I’m sure are trying their best during the rush. It’s disappointing to see a manager (or possible just another barista) act this way in-front of customers and really shocked me and the customers around me too. I hope that this is not a reoccurring problem for the rest of the team, and that he was just having an off day. Regardless, my coffee was tasty and the team were doing a fab job

   Very slow service if hadn't of paid up front I would have walked out. One lady ordered. a cold drink and was waiting for it before me. but 3 pretty girls who were in the que behind me to order. Got their drinks before her.

   Sunday afternoon, it was hot. At SOHO Coffee in Cribbs Causeway, I ordered a passion fruit punch matcha for myself and my wife. The drinks looked great — but then I noticed something disturbing. One of the staff, a girl of Indian appearance, was preparing a drink. The most surprising part of the process was when she added tap water — about 1/4 of a cup — directly, without even trying to hide it. She did it with a completely neutral expression. Later that day, my wife experienced stomach pain and was vomiting for four hours. It was awful and very embarrassing. We won’t be going back there.

   Really poor breakfast. Ordered a bacon and egg roll with ketchup. Unfortunately they forgot the egg and the ketchup. Bacon was also very fatty. Probably won’t be going back.

   Could try anything, the ridiculous place doesn't accept money. Tried to get a cortado and brownie, but proffering my money. It was declined. The coffee may be marvellous or equally awful, but I was refused the chance to find out. I won't bother trying again. I find it a bit embarrassing to have my earnings declined as not good enough

   Customer service poor 4 staff behind counter had to wait for 3 of them to stop talking before I was served not even a please or thank you. He just carried on talking to other staff said how much I owed I used card then he just walked off without saying anything

   I was one of the first customers this morning at 9am. Some of the table have nice soft seat pads now and I got one because I was so early. Fresh bakery products and nice coffee. Often quicker to serve than Pret. My preferred cafe in Crobbs for many years.
