We visited this café last year after a night's camping in need of a hearty breakfast! The sausage sandwich did not disappoint. A lovely find on a drizzly morning with an incredibly friendly owner. We often think of this cafe and hope to return soon.

I have always used central cafe 10 years or more and have been very happy with the service and food, prices are very good, used after a cardiac arrest to help with getting better saving on cooking for myself, and the staff are very nice and friendly always cheer me up helping feel better for visiting.
Great little Cafe, if you want a decent greasy spoon, good prices, good portions, friendly staff then this is exactly what it is. Don't go in expecting a Michelin 3 star gourmet meal. One of the best cafe around I reckon

Felt like a prison minging inside, freezing, and silent apart from the hums of the fridges. Cheap but horrendous.
