Had an awful time at this nightclub after spending quite a large amount of money on a vip table. Doorstaff on a HUGEEEE power trip causing arguments that weren't there just for their own entertainment and when management checked cctv and said they'd call me back they have not replied to any emails or messages or calls since so clearly their own cctv proved what I was saying and didn't fit their side of the story. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Visiting a friend and we went out to a club and everything was fine other than the £10 minimum bar spend…. Why? I know this is a business tactic but it was stupid. They wouldn’t even let us have a tap water without trying to charge us! We left and went to a bar instead
Do not go here under any circumstances! I have never in my life met more rude or aggressive staff. The bouncer came in and told us we would have to leave our table in 10 minutes, when we asked why he said it was because our table was booked. When we tried to explain that we had booked the table for 2 hours he told us "thats not my problem". Most of us were sober and didnt want to cause a scene so asked if we could at least finish our drinks to which we were told that we would have to "get off the table now or he'd take us off". Bare in mind we were 3 small girls who haven't been out very much and felt extremely, extremely scared. We tried to speak to the manager who was originally very nice but we then heard him make horrible comments about us under his breath and we realised that all of the staff there are the same. I will never go back and I advise you do the same.
The worst club experience ever We booked two tables for 2 hours and after 20 minutes one of the tables were asked to leave as some people had booked the same table. We decided to double check the booking and when the bouncer returned we explained to the bouncer that we had booked the table for 2 hours to which he replied It’s not my problem and if he needed to remove us he would. Then we asked to see the manager and he said you can see him outside. After leaving and explaining our anger we were told that we should stop buying water with our friends “trust fund money” by the manager himself despite the fact we had bought a round of drinks for everyone. Absolute disgrace and disgusting experience. Would never return
Probably the rudest staff I have ever encountered in my life. I booked a table then got kicked out because I went to the toilet I couple of times and they kicked my friend down the stairs. Don't even get me started on the tiny shots of SOURS which are promised it was basically a drip of alcohol in the cup. Most staff were really unfriendly and rude which made me and others so unwelcome. Everything is overpriced, certainly won't be coming back here.
