Young lad working on a Sunday morning a few weeks back was the epitome of customer service. I could only wish I was as mature, polite and switched on as him at that age. The food was lovely, but being served by him was the highlight.

Sadly the sausage rolls appear to contain barely any pork and the filling had the texture of paste. Took a look at the ingredients on the website and they are full of rubbish, avoid.

The staff in Keynsham are amazing. Only one staff on whilst other was on lunch break. The online platforms were continually going off, a queue out the door and the oven timer going off. The lady still remained happy and cheerful whilst run off her feet. The customer in front of myself said what we were all thinking, that the staff member needed a medal and should throw the platform through the window. The staff work very hard in this branch and always give great service.

I ordered through Uber Eats and was really disappointed with the experience. I ordered two bacon doorstop sandwiches, bread pudding, and two coffees. Unfortunately, the food never arrived, and both coffees were half spilt and completely cold on arrival. Really frustrating, especially considering the price of the order. Sadly, this has put me off ordering or visiting the bakery again. I hope youβre able to look into this and improve your delivery service.

Exceptional service can truly brighten someone's day. It's wonderful to hear about positive experiences that go above and beyond. Such dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. Kindness and helpfulness can make a significant impact. Small gestures of excellent service can create lasting positive memories. Ray and Lisa make me smile

Love Parsons bakery. Chelsea buns are lovely and so are the sausage rolls.

Very disappointed to find all the sausage rolls and pasties etc were stone cold. When I spoke to a member of staff, I asked whether I was the only person who expected such items to be warm at least, the response was no and that people just walked. As I did! The prices are considerably higher than Greggs a few doors up the road although the quality is marginally better. I always used to get my lunch in Parsons when they had warming plates to keep pies etc at eating temperature. Very occasionally I am lucky enough to get one just out of the oven, I always pop in to ask if stuff is warm, 5 days out of 6 I have to end up at Greggs. Thatβs what I call a lose lose situation.

I like the small detailed bakery, it seems that everything is cooked with love and it seems like a really great place to get some cheap bread or cakes or some lovely deserts.
