This was my first order with Wogan Coffee, and unfortunately the experience so far has been let down by poor communication rather than the product itself. I placed the order on the 29th of December expecting dispatch within 1–2 days, as it is stated on the website that Royal Mail Tracked 24 is used. There was no clear notice or banner on the website at the time of ordering to indicate a Christmas closure. I attempted to make contact via email on December 30th and received no response, and then via Instagram on the 31st after seeing that the account was active, in order to cancel or delay the order, but again received no response. Closing for Christmas is, of course, entirely understandable; however, there should have been greater transparency on the website. Even for customer service emails, a simple automated reply explaining that the business was unavailable during the holiday period would have avoided confusion — instead, I had to research this myself online. When I later emailed to raise my concerns, the only reply I received which was today was an image of a Royal Mail tracking page showing an error message, with no accompanying explanation, acknowledgement of the inconvenience, or response to the points raised. From a customer service perspective, this was disappointing. I later discovered, after placing the order, via Facebook that the company was not operating between December 24th and January 2nd. As a medical student who was only home for the holidays for a limited time before moving away for placement, this delay has caused genuine inconvenience, as I will now need to return home within an already busy schedule to collect the order. While delays over the festive period are understandable, clearer communication and a more considered response would have made a significant difference. At the time of writing, four days have passed and the coffee has not yet arrived. I hope the product itself lives up to expectations, at which point I would be happy to update this review, but the lack of clarity and customer service around this first order has been disappointing. UPDATE: I was reached out to via email with a genuine apology and a goodwill discount, which I really appreciated. The coffee arrived on the 3rd and was freshly roasted on the 2nd — it smells incredible. If you do experience any issues like I did, they will take the time to sort it out and make things right, they genuinely care about their customers.

Very good bean and coffee price! But it does taste fair. Not bad, not good neither. I gave 4 stars on taste because it’s cheap. The environment and atmosphere is really not bad. You would not only buying coffee and beans. But also learning/taking tour about their coffee and other coffee-related education. A bit slow on serving the coffee, though the staff acts actually very skillful. Idk why, maybe just too many customers at noon.

What a stunning location! I visited Wogan Coffee recently and it’s a definite 5 star experience! Amazing coffee. Very tasty looking snacks and extremely kind staff! Premises are really nice too! Especially on a nice sunny day!

One of my favourite places. Been coming here while I've been attending the Dental school nearby for some work. A mocha is only £2.60, made from beautiful chocolate blossoms/real choc. I've enjoyed trying new varieties of coffee and getting one to take away in my travel flask. I particularly enjoy trying the monthly special blend, and getting some to take home (ground to order for my home espresso machine) has also been very special. I wish I lived in Bristol!

Lovely place. I think I have spoken to three or four different members of staff and each have been really helpful and have taken the the time to talk to my wife and I about the coffee we were trying. The experience could not be better. The place is clean and tidy with a nice feel to it. The coffee is great. There is a wide variety of different beans to try and they offer brew methods such as V60 and Aeropress in addition to the usual espresso based drinks.

Undoubtedly the best cup of coffee I've ever had. Really tasted every note. It was only a double espresso. Honestly it was ace, never had anything like it.

I have started to drink wogan coffee from the beginning of pandemic and ah it has been a beautiful journey with this lovely company! I love how diverse their coffees are and how they change the roasting profiles and bring different coffee beans as well. The coffee roastry was truly phenomenal! The staff was very nice and gave us a lot of different recommendations which was really helpful. They had a great selection of coffee on the shop, a lot of different ways to brew the coffee and seeing the roastry machines close to us was great as well. Especially love tarazu and Mandheling!! Very excited to order in the future as wel! Tried 20 so far and excited to try more in the future :)!
