   A bit noisy during busy time but overall still a good cafe for 1 or 2 days of remote working near the Global Technology Center. Lots of sockets available in the cafe for charging your laptops. Plenty of parking space right in front of the cafe as well.

   As a coffee lover, I usually get my coffee from local coffee shops. But that's not possible at the gym I go to, so I decided to get coffee from the coffee shop there which is Starbucks. I've had flat whites,but the one I recently savored at the Starbucks within Village Hotel Filton truly stood out. The espresso was robust and rich, a deep, dark roast that provided a fantastic foundation. The milk, oh that velvety, perfectly steamed milk! It was seamlessly integrated with the espresso, creating a harmonious blend of flavors and textures. The barista clearly had a passion for their craft, and it showed in the meticulous attention to detail. The overall experience was delightful, a perfect choice to continue my day after swimming. If you're a coffee enthusiast staying at the hotel or simply in the area, I highly recommend treating yourself to this exceptional flat white.

   Ordered a coffee in my own takeaway cup. Pretty standard at Starbucks. They give you 25p discount and there's signs everywhere. Asked for a tall. They put it through as a grande... Didn't give me the 25p discount. Charged me £4.60 for a drink that should have been about £3.50. Tried to pay with Starbucks card - not accepted. I'm a gold member so should have got syrup for free making the drink £2.95...but they wouldn't scan the card. No signs up to say this like some franchises. Then I realised I was overcharged and queried it. was just told "that's how much it is". I added it up in front of the person who just shrugged and said that's what it is on the till. I asked for the difference refunded and was told they had to wait for their colleague. Waited for the colleague who just seemed v fake smiley but not caring. Said they couldn't correct the price and would just give me a full refund. Then gave me a part refund... I mentioned this but said just leave it I've wasted too much time. They said "don't worry about it" as if they'd done me a favour. I'll not be back.

   Great spot but always chronically understaffed! One of the busiest chains and only ever one member of staff dealing with queues right out the main entrance to the hotel. Spent half my lunch hour waiting for one measly coffee. Avoid if in a hurry!
