   I have been coming to the Costa within Next at Cribbs Causeway in Bristol for a number if years. The team here are so welcoming, efficient and professional. Nicole, the manager is a credit to your company and she employs only the best!!

   A surprisingly nice little Costa. I hadn't been to this one before. If you time it right you can come here on what would otherwise be quite a busy shopping day and still have a fairly quiet relaxing sit with your favourite coffee and maybe another treat without the hustle/bustle of the busier branch at the mall, looking out across the car park at people going about their busy lives. Despite only two people serving between the counter, coffee machines and other areas behind the counter, they were doing a great job and got through the queue of people waiting quite effectively, fairly quickly and provided everything I had asked for to a very high standard. I was quite impressed with the service and the high standard to which my medium Mocca with chocolate sprinkles had been made, and they'd not only put my tiffin on a plate but had also provided a separate plate for my egg sandwich. For some reason most other Costa branches don't provide a plate for a boxed sandwich when eating in anymore. It's these little details that can elevate a customers experience and the image of the Costa brand. They'd got everything right, just for me. What a credit to Costa this branch and today's staff there can be.

   This is the best Customer Service I have had in a long while! Lucy made the drinks perfectly, whilst Nicole was so friendly, told us of offers we didn’t know about, and whilst clearing the tables made sure I was pleased with everything. Also told us about the app and their Instagram page she was doing for them! I commented on how happy she was and she said she absolutely loves her job, I said she is made for hospitality and that if Nicole isn’t a store Manager she should be! Such lovely people! Made my day! Also the store itself is very clean, well organised and presented, you can see it is a matter of personal pride for her! There is a lift at the back of the shop, free parking, huge windows to overlook the area, and comfy seats. The toilets are at the back of the store behind the lift. Really enjoyed my visit and would go again just for the cheerful ambience which is pretty rare nowadays! So nice to see someone loving their work too! Actually went back in later in the day (so twice) after looking around the other shops! Well done Nicole, Lucy, and Costa for hiring them! :)

   This is the worst Costa I have ever been too. If it is not on the menu anymore, please take it off as my son wanted mac&chesse but it was not on the menu. The same problem with the mango bubble frappe nothing again so no drink for me. please sort this store out.

   Just wanted to let the Directors at Costa Coffee know I’ve just cleaned one of your tables for you. Obviously the millions you make each year in profit is not enough to get you to employ some staff to do this basic task.

   This Costa is a very short walk from my place of work. It's a typical Costa with the same offers as all others. The reason for the 5 star review is thanks to the staff. I have visited many Costa around the country but find this one to have the very best in customer care. You will always be greated by a smile and a friendly face.
