Coffee was good service was fine but they had the air conditioning on in winter it was FREEZING in the cafe most people sitting with coats on. The reason staff gave was to stop the windows steaming up. I'd rather have steamy windows than to be as cold sitting inside as I would outside. It's a bit of a ridiculous excuse abd not customer friendly.

Nice rustic Coffee#1. I know it's a chain but the coffee is always good and I like the rustic decor and furniture. Can be busy at times along with slow service, but that's forgiven once you sit down and enjoy. Staff very professional and attentive. UPDATE Had a cinnamon bun today and it was pretty poor. Very doughy, not a lot of cinnamon. Tasted like a cross between a lardie bread and a doughnut. Quiet sickly as well.

Superb coffee as always. The staff were 1st class. All were very friendly with speedy service. Considering it was Armistice day, and full of veterans, the place was very chirpy and superb service. One of the best coffee in Clevedon by far.

Great place for coffee and snacks in easy reach of Cleveden shops and market. It has a local cafe feel although it it part of a growing regional chain. A key benefit of that is the app, which provides perks and discounts at any of their stores, including a 15% student discount. The service was friendly and efficient while the coffee was very good. They also accept reusable cups for takeaways. Also, it’s well worth trying the cakes on offer, which were delicious.

At £4.15 for a large cappuccino, not to have help-yourself serviettes and sugar incredibly stingy. And not to be offered them with purchase is lazy service. Had to rejoin queue to get them and then they were counted out! Even Greggs is not so mean-spirited! Coffee ok, service slow and as above, incomplete.

Visited 3 times in the last month. Service always efficient/friendly and the coffee the right strength for my tastes. What sets this chain apart from most of the others is the quality of the food. It’s more than edible. I’m actually looking forward to trying out the rest of what they have to offer, having sampled most of the cakes / pastries. Looking forward to my next visit.

A little busy when we went which translated into a 15-minute queue but good quality coffee as always. We ordered a decaf latte with oat milk and a hot chocolate and no mistakes in the order. Plenty of space inside with a decent amount of natural light as well as a terrace to enjoy sunny days. Great location too right in the centre of Clevedon with car parks available in the vicinity.

Staff are nice and friendly even though they are often short staffed and have to deal with impatient customers. The coffee unfortunately is rarely good. Think the team could do with a bit of re-training on how to make a flat white. But I’m sure most people who visit are happy with a milky latte and a stale cake for their feral toddlers.
