We had lunch here yesterday. I am coeliac and there were gluten-free savoury and sweet options available. I had a delicious authentic Sri Lankan curry and my partner had ham, egg and chips. The service was attentive and friendly. The toilets within the same building (the Town Hall) were possibly the nicest i have come across in a public building. Afterwards we visited the museum and tourist info also in the same building.

The food in the Jackdaw Cafe is incredible. My friend had the Sri Lankan breakfast, Dhal curry with coconut sambal. I stole some of his because even the smell was delicious. I had breakfast and it was hot, tasty and cooked to order. This is definitely a place to revisit.

From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere made me feel right at home. The decor is charming, with cozy seating and just the right touch of modern elegance. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, greeting me with genuine smiles and ensuring every detail was perfect. The menu is a masterpiece—offering a fantastic variety of fresh, high-quality dishes and drinks. I tried their signature [specific dish or drink, e.g., lavender latte and avocado toast], and it was hands-down the best I’ve ever had! The flavors were perfectly balanced, and you could tell everything was made with care and fresh ingredients. The coffee deserves a special mention—rich, aromatic, and brewed to perfection. They also cater to dietary preferences with plenty of vegan and gluten-free options, which is a huge plus. The service was prompt yet unhurried, giving me time to savor every moment. Whether you're looking for a spot to catch up with friends, work remotely, or just enjoy a quiet moment with a great book, [Cafe Name] is the place to go. I can’t wait to return and try more from their menu! Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for an exceptional cafe experience.

As a group of 6 cyclist we stopped at Jackdaws for lunch on our way through Malmesbury. We sat outside so were able to have our bikes close to us. We received a very warm welcome and there was a good choice of food. The service was quick and the food fresh and tasty. A lovely place to stop.

Popped in for a coffee but ended up having a lovely meal. This a very friendly cafe with lots of seating. The food was delicious, especially a side salad being extremely well made with lots of fresh ingredients prepared beautifully! (It could have been a dish in itself). We would eat here again. Dog friendly too

I love going to Jackdaws. For me and a few friends it's the perfect pit stop on a long cycle ride. The service is always quick and efficient, with friendly staff, and a good choice of drinks and cake. The front of the building is a sun trap, and sitting outside is lovely. However there is also plenty of space inside as well. The toilets are smart and clean, and often there is an art exhibition in the area on the way to the toilets. One of my favourite cafes.

An extremely friend place with great staff and delicious food that is a reasonable price and always arrives very promptly. When we cycle around the Cotswold area, we usually bypass Tetbury and head to Malmesbury, as we know we will always be happy with the experience at Jackdaw's cafe! Mike (cyclist from Bristol)

We stopped here for a late breakfast on our way home after a wonderful week in the Cotswolds. Food was delicious and substantial portions and excellent cappuccino.
