The flat white here is seriously the best I've had in Bath, and the almond croissant was no exaggeration, the best I've ever had. On top of that, the staff were really friendly and welcoming. I loved the unique grass-mat seating area.

We had two flat whites, great coffee! We got lucky and ordered before a lot of people arrived. Got served in good times and sat at one of the tables to enjoy our coffees.

I visited yesterday, the coffee and pastries were good, and the location's right in the heart of Southgate, so it was convenient. However, there was a really messy line since people were unsure about where to wait for coffee pickup and where to wait for orders. It's kind of annoying that I had to ask folks in the crowd if they were waiting for their coffee or placing an order. I really hope they can set up a sign to guide people around! Would be helpful. Still, great coffee!

Rude slow service, dirty counter, no lids for smaller cups but didn’t bother to tell us till the coffee was made. Server clearly doesn’t know how to make a flat white - milk foam was poor. Credit card didn’t go through 2 times on Apple Watch but unable to provide evidence on a voided credit card receipt. Really really poor. Avoid.

Lovely little coffee hut, the two girls were very pleasant and helpful. Prices seemed as expected, and no cash payment available.

Just had an amazing Mocha made for me by Dan who let me hide from the rain under the big umbrellas. Thanks, Dan!

Delicious pastries and good Coffee. Nice people and relaxed lounge terrace.

  2. Coeliac WellNES ★★☆☆☆

As well as helping you find out where coeliacs should eat, we'll also be posting short notices of the places you shouldn't. These venues will get 1-3 stars depending on how good their information sharing is.  Full 2* review at coeliacwellnes.com. We visited the Southgate branch of Mokoko before publishing our review of the Abbey Courtyard branch.  We were pleased to see that on this occasion the teams allergen awareness was better.  The person that served me checked the packages to confirm oatly wasn’t gluten free and used a separate clean jug to make my coconut milk coffee. We’d return but obviously there's no gluten free food and wed still feel safer ordering coffee without milk.
