I don't know what the previous ratings were about but I saw Dr Fraser last week. He was extremely thorough, asking me all sorts of questions to get to the bottom of my issue, did a chaperoned physical very well, and treated me non-judgementally and with compassion the entire time. The only downside is I had to wait half hour but he's a busy man, and I can tell you he was worth the wait. 5 stars.
