   Lovely visit today. Jacob was warm and welcoming despite having a long queue and doing multiple tasks at once to ensure service was swift. He wished me a happy birthday too when i asked to redeem my birthday gift. His colleague was also working hard to make everything as fast as possible. I hope they don’t have to work at that pace all day!! Anyhow well done chaps, you are doing a fab job together and i will come again for a lovely coffee.

   I arrived today and ordered a coffee. After paying, I went behind the counter to wash my hands at the tap, which seemed perfectly reasonable. James, the barista, rather abruptly told me it was for staff only and asked me to step back. Somewhat embarrassed, I decided to take matters into my own hands and poured the entire coffee over them to give them a proper wash. Unfortunately, it was much hotter than anticipated, and I did experience considerable pain. In my flustered state, I managed to spill the drink all over the table and floor, creating quite a scene. James rushed over with napkins and was very polite, though I did make it clear that I felt another coffee should be provided free of charge, given the circumstances. I must stress that none of this would have happened if customers were permitted to use the sink. I look forward to visiting again soon, though next time I shall bring a bottle of water to avoid further confusion.

   Usual Costa experience food and drink wise, with friendlier than average staff. Two stars only due to dreadful toilet facilities for disabled. Toilet seat hanging off one fitting, toilet roll dispenser hanging off one screw or fitting, could do with a good clean. Nobody should have to use a toilet like this, never mind someone who may have the additional challenges of a disability. No time to raise with store staff due to travel commitments. Reported as feedback to Costa via online form, which in itself was a challenge to navigate: maximum number of characters (you don't know when you've reached them until it stops accepting your narrative), can't use certain characters (you don't know this until you try to submit the form). Costa - surely you can do better?

   I love this branch in particular. It has a different atmosphere and delicious coffee with cinnamon, but it needs to clean the seats and the bathroom is dirty Likewise, forks and knives need to be washed more than once. I take a fork and a knife and scrub it

   Great size mocca, really tasty too. Polite and friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. Only thing that let it down was the loo was a bit unclean, nothing awful but could of been better.

   Normally like Costa but very disappointed with this one. Service was awful. Stood around to get served while the staff chatted to each other. Food and drinks all came out at different times. And watched as the staff put a order on a tray behind other trays and left the customer to really struggle to pick it up over other drinks. Rubbish service. Plus don't get me started on the state of the toilets and no toilet roll. Avoid and go to another Costa.

   Awful. WiFi has broken which they don’t tell you before you buy your drink so then sat there and couldn’t do work with a large cappuccino. No chocolate to put on top. The froth was dead.
