Jen Tays is a kind, gentle and intuitive therapist who delivers her treatments with authenticity. I received Theta Healing from Jen and found it both insightful and liberating. Her rooms at Meditation House in North Berwick are relaxed and welcoming and I can wholeheartedly recommend her as a genuine and expert practitioner.
I had a very bad fall on uneven pavement, during which I hurt both knees, the hands and wrist. It can be best described I felt like 'humpty dumpty who feel of the wall'. Indeed I felt badly shaken and consulted Jen Tay for advice and she recommended KCR treatment, which was new to me and she said this assists people after they have had a bad fall. I was intrigued and agreed for this and visited her in North Berwick. Jen Tay enquired about all my accidents and other events which could have had an adversely impacted on my health and she took great interest in where my present complaints where. The treatment took about one hour and with several stretches (I discovered muscles I had no idea that they existed )- however on conclusion I was humpty dumpty put back together again. It is hard to describe but it is if I was properly aligned and all my energy was now able to flow through my body - my posture was straight and I felt more energised. However the best part was all my pain in all my joints, knees, hands and wrists had completely disappeared! NO PAIN!! I felt so much better that I have asked for another treatment session and I can full heartily recommend KCR.
This a review based on a Theta healing session in North Berwick that I enjoyed with Jen on 21st June 2016. Jen provides a very personalised experience which uncovered many beliefs in my life which are holding me back. Relying on a deep reservoir of experience she was able to connect with a deeper wisdom to help me reconnect with mine. There seemed to be a lot of deep work going on as we drilled further into my belief structure. Finally providing the necessary connections to the whole, this process filled me with the confidence and personal power to heal on a deeper level than in any other conventional therapy which I have undertaken. Theta healing requires a certain leap of faith and I could't recommend Jen highly enough to help you realign with your true nature. Thank you so much Jen.
