“I can't recommend Gillian enough - she has been able to connect me to a part of myself that I didnt know existed. I now feel and believe that I have the mental fortitude to face my issues/phobia head on (if said issues even arise as she seems to have unburdened me from those aswell). If you are considering hynotherapy, don't hesitate with Gillian. It will be the best investment for your mental well being that you can make. Thank you so much Gillian, Rosie”

“The Art and Spirituality Centre is a wonderful space to hold classes and workshops. I have hosted several sessions in the centre and it is always a pleasure to teach there. Giada, the owner, is very welcoming and friendly she is always happy to help with any questions that I have had. The space is very spacious and adaptable for all types of classes and events. Its location is accessible to get to from different areas across the city. As well as being an accessible location, it is accessible for those with disabilities as it's entrance is on street level and the centre is across one floor. I would highly recommend visiting the centre for classes and to hire for your events.”
“My partner and I have both been coming here for a while now and couldn’t recommend it more. I’ve been seeing Krista and she’s been amazing at working through my shoulder injuries and helping with ongoing pain caused by hyper-mobility. My partner sees Rhian and has had the same great experience. Both of them are incredibly skilled, professional, and genuinely care about helping you improve. I’ve seen massage therapists monthly for about a decade now and these ladies are easily the best both in knowledge and results. Whether you’re looking for just a one off session to help relax or you have a more serious chronic issue I have no doubt they’d be able to help.”

“I have just completed the comprehensive Reiki II weekend course with Heather and thank her with all my heart. She exudes warmth and compassion and makes learning a pleasure in a relaxed and open atmosphere. The course material is well researched and thorough and really opens up the endless possibilities of Reiki. I truly felt blessed during the attunement. Aware and awake. Reiki has led to a deeper understanding of myself and given me the courage to make the necessary changes in my life, both spiritual and practical. Heather has helped me profoundly over the years with depression and anxiety. Her expertise in many holistic therapies and sensitive, empathic nature allow the healing process to begin and life is no longer the struggle that it once was. “MFR- my sessions with Ishbel are always so amazingly effective. Before if I had sore shoulders I’d go for a massage but that would only release the pain or tension for a day or two and it would be back. Since expecting MFR I get an instant release with this work process and it lasts and in some of my tension areas is completely gone. As a busy career woman and single mum this therapy and Ishbel’s amazing gifts/skills has been a eye opening experience to how we manage our physical and emotional health. Highly recommend”
