Jessica was thorough, practical and easy to speak to. From walking into reception to leaving with an app full of trackable exercises specific to what I need, it was a very positive experience.
Firstly, I received a warm welcome on what was my first visit to this particular practice. Then, on meeting the therapist assigned to me (Alicia) I very soon realised I was in the hands of someone not just extremely knowledgeable about my particular problem, but who took the time to listen, and to tailor the session to my needs. This immediately gave me confidence, plus the impetus to follow through with the advice and exercises I was given to do before my next visit. All in all, I was very happy with the experience.
I had an excellent experience with Alicia, my physiotherapist. She was fantastic—very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Alicia treated me for a bad ankle sprain and foot problem, and her approach really put my mind at ease, especially since I was worried about long-term issues. She gave me daily exercises to help my recovery and used massage to relieve the tightness in my leg. Her bedside manner was superb, and she made the whole process reassuring and effective. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Anna helped me with arm, hand and finger pain that had been bothering me most seriously for a few months but less seriously for a few years, pain that I was seriously concerned was simply part and parcel of my occupation. She was very thorough in finding out what was wrong - which another physiotherapist hadn’t been able to do - before recommending a whole range of exercises to deal with it. A month later, any pain that comes is much more manageable, even to the point where I pretty much don’t think about it anymore. Warmly recommended.
Worked with Niall and really happy with service. Had a frozen shoulder and felt the difference in movement even after one session. Have since made a lot of progress. Can’t recommend enough. Very professional and knowledgeable.
The Physiotherapy Place was recommended to me by a friend when I had problem with stiffness and pain in my leg. After 2 appointments with Niall the IMS treatment made a huge improvement and I had more flexibility than ever before. Not bad for someone who hates needles!
