I arranged an appointment with Dill due to suffering from post concussion syndrome / TBI issues. On the off, Dill called before my first appointment and was so empathetic and listened to the symptoms I had been suffering for over a year. Over the course of two sessions, Dill explained to me exactly what I was suffering from (the only one who had actually sat down with me since my condition). I felt listened to, and it was nice to have things explained to me - and also not just given exercises but the support from them. Although I am still on a long road to recovery, I feel more confident having seen Dill and can only recommend her highly to anyone else. If the NHS was still invested in, rather than the 14-odd years of austerity, it would look a lot like Dill and her empathic, friendly nature for sure.

I saw Dill after having prolonged dizziness which was stopping me from working. Medication from the doctor was only helping a bit so Dill provided an expert second opinion. She was very thorough with her assessment and I learned a lot about what might be causing my issues. Her help let me gain more confidence to get back to my normal self and back to work. I would highly recommend Dill and Edinburgh Balance Clinic!

I would like to thank Dill for treating my BPPN and my vestibular problem. Dill said I was the worse patient she had seen. Most people only go once or twice but I had to have more sessions. Before I went to Dill I had a few bad episodes of BPPN on one occasion I had to call out the paramedics as I was so dizzy. It was a big worry to me and I felt lost not knowing what to do the Doctor only me medication which masked the symptoms. Luckily a friend of mine knew two friends who had been to see Dill and told me about Th Balance Clinic. Dill is an expert and is so knowledgeable about BPPV she took the time to explain everything in great detail. Thank you so much Dill for everything.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dill for helping me understand the cause of my recent severe dizzy spell. She conducted a thorough examination and explained everything to me, including how it happened and what I should do if it occurs again. Dill is compassionate and answered all my questions, which was important since the experience was quite frightening for me. She reassured me that I had recovered and encouraged me not to let it hold me back as I return to my normal life. I cannot thank her enough; she is brilliant in her profession. I plan to see her again for a few other issues I would like to address. I would not hesitate to recommend her. She possesses extensive knowledge in her field, and her warm personality puts you at ease.

Dill is fantastic. After I got an unexpected (and limited) diagnosis about my vestibular system, she got right to the bottom of it. Problems that I had for years of my life have finally been cleared up and are being improved with daily exercises that I do at home. An attentive professional who is absolutely committed to her client. I strongly recommend.

Dill is an exceptional vestibular specialist. Anyone with vertigo, bppv, vestibular migraines or other vestibular conditions would benefit from a consultation with Dill. She is very proactive with her patients, and has always been at the end of the phone for any questions or issues I had. Her support and care goes far beyond the clinic appointment. And, importantly, she treats you with kindness, which is much needed when dealing with often debilitating balance disorders.

I went to Dill after 3 months of experiencing a motion type feeling 24/7. I couldn't drive and got dizzy in crowds of people. Dill did exercises to figure out I had "vestibular occular reflex dysfunction" and provided me with a few at home exercises. Happy to say after only a few weeks of these simple exercises I felt back to normal. Highly recommend.

Dill helped me recover my balance after getting vestibular neuritis and BPPV. She explained my issue so well and even lead me through BPPV fixes over the phone after an episode! After being off work for 9 weeks the dizziness and anxiety is finally getting under control, and I'm getting back to normal life.

Having had dizziness for a few weeks now and no one explaining why it was happening, I went to see Dill as the last hope. She listened to my symptoms carefully, and made me feel like I was being heard. She made a very clearly explained exercise plan for my vestibular neuritis and also explained the causes very well. She also made a plan for my anxiety issues and picked up on minor things which I would have never noticed. I would highly recommend Dill!
