Sound healing was very relaxing, interesting experience! Writing and painting part helped me to focus and connect to myself, and others. After a very busy and stressful week, this is something I really needed, thank you very much! Also good to learn about Fair Saturday!
I had a breathwork session with Sherien (Let Go) and absolutely loved it. The experience was deeply calming and surprisingly emotional in the best way. I felt guided throughout, and by the end, I had a real sense of clarity and inner peace. It’s amazing how something as simple as breath can create such a powerful shift. Highly recommend to anyone looking to reconnect with themselves on a deeper level.
The Art and Spirituality Centre is a wonderful space to hold classes and workshops. I have hosted several sessions in the centre and it is always a pleasure to teach there. Giada, the owner, is very welcoming and friendly she is always happy to help with any questions that I have had. The space is very spacious and adaptable for all types of classes and events. Its location is accessible to get to from different areas across the city. As well as being an accessible location, it is accessible for those with disabilities as it's entrance is on street level and the centre is across one floor. I would highly recommend visiting the centre for classes and to hire for your events.
Giada has created such a beautiful, nourishing space at the Art and Spirituality Centre. I love sharing yoga here and joining classes offered by other yogis, it's such a lovely cosy space with lots of interesting pieces of art and a super welcoming atmosphere. The new cafe next door is also cosy and lovely and such a beautiful addition to the space!
Lovely place managed by a lovely person. The centre gives you the essential things to do your therapy or workshop with success. Totally recommended.

The studio is beautiful and has a very peaceful energy. There is a very wide variety of classes and workshops, and Giada was very helpful with information and always smiling. Thank you, I will be back for more meditation classes.
Giada is an amazing host and the venue is warm, bright and spacious. The perfect energy for our spiritual tantra courses. The students loved it and the amenities were excellent and just what we were looking for. We will be back on a regular basis.
