Me and my partner came here today. We both wanted a drink and something to eat. The service was ok at the till. But when I try to find a table to sit at every table was very dirty and not clean to sit at to enjoy our drink and our food. Also there were dirty cups and trays on tables too there were no staff on the shop floor to ask if we could have our table clean and the dirty cups and trays to be removed. This is very bad and not hygienic. This has put us off coming here again.

The self service machines are useless. One was not working at all and the other one we were using kept getting stuck. If you introduce these things, make sure they work!

I recently visited Costa Coffee and had a genuinely pleasant experience. The desserts I tried were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Each bite tasted like it had been carefully made, and I appreciated the balance of sweetness. What really stood out for me was the cold watermelon and strawberry drinkβit was refreshing, light, and had just the right amount of fruitiness. Perfect for a warm day, it exceeded my expectations and felt like a real summer treat. The atmosphere of the cafΓ© was also impressive. It was clean, well-lit, and had a relaxed vibe that made it easy to unwind. The seating was comfortable, and the overall ambiance was ideal for either catching up with friends or enjoying some quiet time alone. The staff were polite and welcoming, which added to the positive impression. I think Costa does a great job of combining quality products with a pleasant environment. Itβs not just about grabbing a quick coffeeβitβs a place where you can sit back, enjoy your drink, and take a break from the rush. Iβll definitely be returning soon, especially for that watermelon-strawberry cooler and another round of their delicious desserts!

Oh dear, oh dear. What went wrong? This is supposed to he the nicest Costa out of the three in town. The Chai Latte I was served was hardly warm and the orange and raspberry cake I ordered was dry, aired out, very much likely been there for one day way too many. Absolutely shocking. On the upside, the atmosphere and design of this costa is beautiful and delightful, all Costa's should change their drab maroon colours in favour for this bright orange, walnut and light brown decore.

Coffee and food is good here. The staff was friendly too, but apparently there is no customer WiFi for some reason?!

My Mum really wanted a hot cho and toasted sand. Had been going on and on about it. She has been ill after surgery and just started to eat again. I ran from near the banks to the other side just to get it was relieved I just made it but to my disappointment was told Weare closed. I do appreciate it was 2...3 mins to close but as customers were still dining and clearing up was not done I was hoping yo have gotten it but was no a flat out no we are closed!!!

Busy when we got in but the staff were fast in the que serving us. Nice that we can use eat in glasses/ china cups as not many restaurants do due to staff shortages. Aero mint hot chocolate was with a subtle but noticeable mint flavour, latte had a little to much foam but no latte art but still up to standard. Temperatures of the drinks were spot on, couldn't fault. Tables were always clean and good space to sit, however one of the booths had a rip in them putting us of to sit in them. One of my favourite coffee shop branches every coffee shop exceeds my expectations.

Found this Costa quite dark and dingy ... not sure if perhaps some of the lights were broken, but it was very dark. The person who served me at the till didn't seem to be very happy he was at work and came across as a little rude, but the woman who made my drink was friendly and nice. I personally wouldn't use this Costa again I would stick to the one I usually use in Broadmead, rather than this one inside Cabot Circus. Drink was nice, plenty of seating and toilets were clean.
