They prescribed my testosterone for my gender transition. Pricey but don't need many appointments and they issue a prescription so you can continue to get it back home on NHS. Much faster than GIC referral on NHS if you can afford it. They weren't really aware of nonbinary identities but it was in 2017 so probably better now.
Was seen by Dr Phimister. He is an example of professionalism. Knowledgeable direct and caring in balance where you will be heard. A massive key positive. It is really refreshing to have an unscripted truly independent diagnosis. Of course, the support staff also deserve mention. They are very friendly and helpful, start to finish. I would highly recommend Your GP.
Whilst attending an occupational health screening, from the moment that I entered their premises, to the ultimate conclusion of my appointment, I found all the staff members that I engaged with to be extremely efficient, professional, courteous, friendly and helpful. In short, I feel that 5 stars is not enough, given the respectful and delightful service that I received. Therefore, I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending 'Your GP'.

It was a lovely experience to walk into a friendly and welcoming practice at such short notice and then to receive prompt and effective treatment . Profuse thanks to Dr Phimister for his treatment of trigger knot injections . I am now able to look forward to a better quality of life and his emphasis on positive thinking definitely works ! Excellent care and friendly and attentive staff. My initial call was answered very promptly, within a few minutes I had booked a same day appointment and later that afternoon I was collecting my prescription after a consultation with a brilliant GP. Highly recommended.
I was charged a consult fee £150and asked for a sick note , they said they would email me the note and i left. I waited an hour and still didnt receive any mail so I phoned them back. They then request another £40 from me for the letter. I told them that i was at the practice why didnt you make me pay there and inform me of the additional cost. It was very unprofessional and dodgy. They also forced me to pay via telephone by providing my bank details with the CCV code over the phone. I felt so uncomfortable with entire experience. But unfortunately this was the only practice in EDI that accepted foreigners and had available appointments for the day
I had been at this practice since late 2018. The staff have been nothing but amazing! The care given here has to be the best care I’ve ever received at any practice. Very polite, greeted with a smile and always made sure you were comfortable. The response times are extremely quick, always on that day or early next morning, pointing you into the right direction even if they were unable to assist they would always make sure you knew where to go and what to do. Your appointments are always accommodated to your needs, some times I was unable to make my routine appointments in person so they would happily offer a Skype call which made things easier as I live a few hours away, but was always happy to make the trip when I could as it was always a pleasant experience. I can not thank this practice enough for the help that they gave me, I now feel confident and comfortable with myself and I would definitely recommend their services!
