   Located just a 6 minute walk from Bath Spa Station, so very central and close to everything. The rooms are above a lovely pub, which is also really nice. The pub itself has a great atmosphere, friendly staff, and is dog friendly, which was a big plus for us. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Check in was very easy. They also offer breakfast, which was more than sufficient. If you feel like eating at the pub, the food is tasty and reasonably priced, and there is a very good selection of beers as well. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it, especially if you are travelling with a dog.

   Used the Stasher bag service as we couldnt book into our room elsewhere till after 3pm, and its great! The staff here are so helpful and friendly. The place is clean and well looked after. And it definitely had that homely feeling every pub needs!

   Very convenient for City centre activities and shops. Room 32, a small room at the top of the building up 3 flights of stairs. Our toilet leaked, seemed like an on going saga and towels were readily provided. It was clean and comfortable but needs some love. The carpet is frayed by the door and it needs a coat of paint, particularly in the shower room. Staff were helpful and efficient. Rooms are above a busy, town centre pub next to a main road. Good breakfast.

   Really lovely little pub/hotel. Was slightly dated building so the room we had on the third floor shook when a big vehicle drove past, but the traffic died down in the evening. Was a good accomodation and would stay again. Drinks and food were good too

   We stayed here in October 2022, and didn't realize how good of a location it was until we arrived. Steps away from the Baths, and a short walk to all the restaurants. Or stay in and eat at the pub that has locally-made gin, great food, and even better breakfasts! And you might be joined by the owner's adorable pup!

   Lovely room in a centrally located pub. Clean and well presented. Great atmosphere in the bar and lovely breakfast. Some noise from the street at night but that's obviously to be expected when you're those close to all the activities that Bath has to offer. Only a few minutes walk from the Southgate Centre car park. Have already booked again for next year's Christmas market. Highly recommended.

   A little gem of a find. A lovely room, a 3 min walk to our venue. A beaut evening meal and a tasty breakfast. Also The Baths are walking distance to visit the next day. We will definitely visit again.

   We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Black Fox. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The central location made everything we wanted to see in Bath easily accessible by foot. Ben was super friendly and helpful. The pub/restaurant had wonderful food and drinks. I’d recommend this hotel and pub to anyone. If we ever return to Bath, we will be staying here again. We are also excited to visit a few of the places recommended by Ben during our chat at Breakfast. Super good guy and super good establishment.

   We had a great stay here. Room was a great size, clean, lovely bath. Breakfast was fantastic - great selection of breakfast options and generous portions. We had a nice drink at the pub which has a lovely atmosphere and nice cocktails! Only slight shame was when we tried to get a drink on Monday evening before bed the waitress told us she’d taken last orders quite abruptly - but other than that, lovely stay.
