We had a really nice evening in here 2 months ago while visiting Bath for a friends wedding. The lady bartender with blond hair (forget her name it was long ago) was lovely and made me the spiciest margarita on request and it was lovely.

Lovely pub, which was quiet, cosy and friendly. We had 2 courses and the quality of the food was great. Good choice of beer on tap. We would definitely come back

A first class roast! Delicious ingredients, perfectly cooked and great value for money. Excellent service and a relaxed atmosphere, too, in this independent pub. We’ll be back, thank you.

Walls paper thin & unfortunately the woman in the next room switched between watching the TV & YouTube/tick tock videos right through the night....I could even hear both sides of a conversation she had with someone on the phone! It was as though in the same room. If seeking any sort of privacy (or sleep) I'd say this is not the place for you. Shame as the room itself was comfy & things like shower were good. Also I decided to dine in the bar (after reading some good reviews) but didn't feel particularly welcome and my meal was pretty mediocre. Such a shame.

A cosy pub in Bath Town centre. Had an afternoon of drinks and lovely food. Helpful and professional staff, keen to serve and the pub is beautifully decorated. The food was very good, Handmade Burger, Beef Borgonoff, Egg and Gammon all a winner. For absolute clarity I didn't stay in one of the rooms but it feels unfair to leave no review of the rooms and I am sure they are gorgeous.

Cosy, Nordic, perhaps even a little noir. Good for a tipple or two. Away from the touristy places, though still in the atmospheric part of Bath.

Fantastic little pub, with a great selection of drinks. From cocktails to local beers, the choice of drinks is great and offers something for everyone. However, the highlight from our visit was definitely the staff. They were so friendly and warm, they made us feel like locals! Thank you again, we will definitely be back when we re-visit Bath!

This is by far the cutest inn I've ever had the pleasure to call home for a night. The room was cozy with all the necessary amenities. Plenty of coffee, tea and biscuits to keep you warm during the winter days. Probably one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. The walls are a little thin but I didn't mind because it was a little late night entertainment to hear the guests come back from a drunken night out! If the noise does bother you, they've got you covered with some ear plugs. The bar downstairs is top. The bartenders and staff were extremely friendly and really are just a good time. I would highly recommend! I didn't get a chance to try out their food options due to some kitchen maintenance but plenty of restaurants down the street to make up for the fact.

This was a really great place! The staff is great, super helpful and really friendly. The location is great, really close to shopping, sightseeing and restaurants. The room was nice and clean, very personal which I liked. The breakfast (see pictures) was great, fresh berries every day and they were more than happy to accommodate to my vegan diet with both yoghurt, vegan blueberry croissant and plant based milk for the tea. The breakfast/restaurant area is very cozy and it's a nice spot just to sit and chill. The only downside is that the hotel is located on top of the bar, which makes it quite loud in the weekend.
