   Very basic atmosphere for a great micropub. There's plenty of seating for everyone but, of course, the star of the show are those pints: great cask selection, there's always something for everyone. They also stock on ciders, but they all tend to be of the "sickly sweet juice" variety, rather than scrumpy. A stark contrast with the quality of ales available!

   THE BEST PLACE FOR A DRINK IN KINGSWOOD!! This local treasure is an absolute gem made even more a treasure by its local legend that is Emma. A welcoming atmosphere is made even better by the friendly beer loving locals who’re happy to share a chin wag with a friendly smile. Regular changing local beers keep their menu fresh and inviting you back for more and more. A wide selection of perfect accompanying snacks can easily replace your dinner and the excellent music will get you ready for a fantastic night. I’ve bought many friends here with glowing recommendations and all of them have left with glowing reviews of friendly staff and great drinks. No wonder there are so many regulars who keep returning. The Lyon’s Den. The best place for a drink in Kingswood. Hands down.

   Fantastic, friendly and welcoming Micro Pub in the heart of Kingswood. Over the past 12 months it's become a bit of a regular haunt for me as I love the ever changing beer menu (displayed on a large screen) and the banter from the bar staff and locals. You are able to sample different beers before you purchase so you can find one you really like. Highly recommended so just walk up to the bar, say hi and get yourselves a proper pint. Oh, and watch out for the pork scratchings because they're seriously addictive.

   Absolute gem of a micro-pub in the least expected place. We regularly visit as either a family, with friends or on our own and are never short of a warm welcome and friendly atmosphere. The beer choices are fantastic and rotate regularly, and there is a tasty lager permanently on for those who prefer, so everyone is catered for. Dogs and children (until 8pm) are welcome, there’s a great selection of board games and snacks too. Would highly recommend a visit!

   I live around 10 minute drive away and it's a shame I haven't visited sooner. I was meant to but plans got cancelled. But last night was the night I was sure to go. I love craft beer and things beer related. I was met with a rustic looking bar with a calming and chill atmosphere. The bar lady was down to earth and also got talking to the owner. This is a little gem of a place that will fast become my new local. I got talking to a local through the love of beer. The beer itself has a great selection at reasonable prices. You wouldn't expect to have a place like this in kingswood but I'm glad it's there.

   Quite literally the only decent place to have a drink in Kingswood. The only place I'll take my London friends when they visit. Great selection of independent beers and a couple of ciders. I'd love a small but adventurous cocktail menu too...
