Exceptional Service and Compassion from Declan at Cash Converters Whitehall Have to commend Declan for providing genuinely exceptional service and care during a difficult transaction on Thursday 2nd October around [5:05 PM]. I arrived late, just after the store had closed, hoping to get a loan against my TV. Declan stayed late to complete the transaction but handled an extremely challenging situation with incredible patience and compassion. Due to arriving late and the stress of the situation, I was extremely anxious and may have been abrupt in my speech due to being neurodivergent which caused me to be demanding, abrasive, and generally difficult to deal with. While many would have rightfully turned me away or become defensive, Declan showed remarkable patience and restraint. He remained calm, professional, and focused on helping me, effectively de-escalating the situation simply through his desire to help me as much as possible even though his system is designed to be cut off at 5pm Declean demonstrated that he is an outstanding employee who understands that customers are often going through tough times amd have diffwrent challenges. His ability to show compassion and genuine care while maintaining the highest level of professionalism, even when I was being demanding and lacking communication he made a huge difference to my day and my ability to get the help I needed. This kind of service goes far beyond what is expected. He deserves significant recognition for his integrity, patience, and empathetic nature. Thank you, Declan.
