First time I have ever used one of these outlets, I had some old Wii equipment that I wanted to get rid of and could not be bothered with the likes of Gumtree or the high costs of Ebay and Paypal. From first telephone contact to final selling the experience could not have been more professional and friendly, every stage and step was clearly communicated and explained and the staff were great to deal with. As to the price, I was happy, no it is not full retail price I never expected it to be, but it is a fair price and you have to remember they are a business and have to make money like any other business or they to will disappear from the high street.
There's absolutely nothing AT ALL wrong with this store. Their staff are friendly and the prices are ALWAYS REASONABLE! Plus to the person leaving a review about the tablet... You clearly said the tablet worked fine when you got it and broke within about 2 hours of using it. Therefor you bought the item when it worked and you guys broke it! Wether it was an accident or not it worked when it was sold in the store. They aren't phycic are they? Why should they give you a refund when you bought an item that works and you broke it in your possession? Some people amaze me!
