   We recently worked with Graham from MAP for our new mortgage while purchasing a home, and we’re so glad we chose him. From the very beginning, Graham was fantastic. We initially reached out just to understand how much we could borrow and whether it made sense to sell our current home and move to a larger one. Even though we weren’t sure what direction we would take, Graham provided clear, honest information and helped us fully understand our options. A few months later, we decided to sell and move forward. Throughout the more detailed parts of the financial process, Graham’s down to earth approach made everything feel comfortable and stress free. The entire experience could not have gone more smoothly. Graham kept us informed at every stage and made the process incredibly easy from start to finish.    I would highly recommend Graham for any mortgage related queries. As a first time buyer I approached Graham clueless. He was extremely patient answering all my questions and clearly talked me through all the steps required. He is extremely approachable and professional, and there is no pressure to go with his recommendations. Although as his service was excellent I have subsequently used him twice now for my mortgage renewals. Most recently Graham even managed to secure a better renewal rate with my existing provider than they offered me. Brokers get better rates/deals ...... and don’t take a fee from their customers .... win win in my view and I wouldn’t use anyone else. Thanks again Graham
