SHUTS AT 2pm ON SATURDAYS, website states 5:30 other than that they’re really good and helpful but I’ve just paid £400 for my vehicle to be recovered here and they’re not even open

No problem with the part I received or the price. But before paying, the card terminal had a picture advertising the Royal British Legion, which quickly disappeared and the transaction screen appeared for the amount due. An hour later I'm receiving a call from my bank for a subscription charge for Royal British Legion. I didn't agree to this. And I believe it's called fraud. Thank you so much for the hassle of a now cancelled credit card.

Quick friendly service. Very reasonable prices. Just one thing - parking is an issue when busy. There's one disabled parking space that I noticed.

I popped in on Saturday morning to buy a cabin air filter for my BMW. Gave the guy behind the counter my vehicle reg and he said yep we’ve got the part you need. However when I got home the part didn’t fit into the filter box in my car as it was slightly too long and the clips were far too big (it was definitely the wrong part). I checked Google Maps listing which said the store was open until 5:30 every day of the week, so I headed back to get it replaced around 4pm, but when I arrived it turns out that the store shuts at 2pm on a Saturday and it’s not open Sundays at all. So now I have a wasted trip and will have to go back during the week to try and get the correct part… pretty frustrating. I’ve also suggested on Google Maps that they update the opening times! I’ve also noticed now that I’ve looked at the other reviews that several other people have been caught out by this wrong opening time listing over the last few months! It’s not hard to update the opening times online and save people a frustrating trip.

Website advertising they have the oil I need, phoned to check it’s in stock but no answer. Arrive and no one behind counter for 5 minutes, the guy takes 5 minutes to log in and doesn’t even greet me. Then to be told the oil is twice as expensive as advertised… then to be told they don’t have in stock. Waste of time, terrible communication from web and face to face. Customer ahead of me had been mis-sold products also. Avoid!

My reserved battery was out of stock. Disappointing to have to pay considerably more for one that was available.

Dropped in with a battery still under warranty. But purchased by previous owner of the vehicle. The older gent on the desk was very helpful! The battery had all the labels on but upon speaking to the duty manager he refused to exchange and to add insult to injury wanted to charge me more than what they had advertised online a real joke bad customer attitude. If I had ordered online then it would be cheaper and free postage! So the company would loose even more money. Suffice to say he lost my custom had he sold me the battery for the online price the review would be very different.
