   Walked in & said "good morning" to the three guys stood behind the counter, I was totally ignored & I just stood there waiting to be served! Eventually one of them said "hello how can I help you" I asked for two batteries for my car fob, I was told they were £8 fitted or if I knew what batteries they were it would be £4. I said id look it up which I did, I was then left waiting again! Eventually the same guy rang it through & charged me £7.98!!!! I commented that it was a rip off!!... he replied "exactly"!!! What a rude, unfriendly & unhelpful lot of men they are.

   Charged me 19.99 for x2 30amp midi striplink fuses..... I've just checked prices online and feel ripped right off. Absolutely disgusted.

   Wow - it's like the good old days - made a phone call - spoke to a person - he looked up the spark plug we needed, told us it was in the shop, we drove down and bought it. It was simple and human and he was a nice feller. So keep on being a great shop and I pray your business keeps on despite the pressures from inhuman, bot assisted retail giants. You rock!

   I have used Stonehouse Autoparts for many years now. Very helpful and knowledgable staff who are always willing to help. In most cases I have found they have the item I need in stock, but if not it has arrived promptly. To be able to go somewhere local, that has the parts you want at a good price is worth its weight in gold. Would always recommend.

   Never had a problem in the shop. The staff are always helpful and if a part or tool has needed to be changed it's been done with no fuss or argument. If they don't have what I need in stock they either order it or tell me where I could get it that day. I've used this shop for many years and will continue to do so.
