   I found this garage by searching the local area, and wanted a garage that was not a main dealership for my VW Touareg, After popping down to have a chat and seeing what the garage was like I was firstly impressed by how l greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff, the reception area was very well presented, looking through the window into the workshop there was tidy workplace area’s, this was a good sign to me that there’s a care and pride in what they do. So with no hesitation I booked my car in for the ABS fault which was dealt with at a reasonable cost with an added bonus provided me with a courtesy car. Would definitely recommend this garage.

   I booked my car in for a service and MoT and had fantastic service from start to finish. On reception, Chloe was warm, welcoming and very helpful. I really liked the fact that I was emailed with regular updates and that one could authorise work online with the costs clearly laid out so there was no chance of misunderstandings. I was sent photos of the areas that needed work and given a choice of options. I was also given a link to pay online which saved time when I picked up my car. I highly recommend this well organised and friendly garage and my thanks go to Chloe and the rest of the team for making the whole process so pleasant and easy.

   I have been using RS Autotechnik for a few years now, and every time I have a great experience. From the clean and tidy workshop, to the knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff, I have always received excellent service. Previously, I would only entrust my vehicle to main dealers, and was not looking to change that; but after some small interactions initially, decided to trust them with a service, and found that actually - since they are a small team, they really do care about each customer and their vehicle. I have always felt they look after my car like its their own, and now, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
