   I Have been using pet planet once a month for 2 years now only had one small issue which was not their fault and was sorted out quickly and fairly when herms lost the package. Dispatch has always been on time with tracking provided.

   Placed an online order and several days later I received an email asking me for payment. I'd paid instantly with PayPal, which showed the money as having left my account. Pet Planet hadn't received the payment, so kept requesting me to phone up and make payment that way. I was not willing to pay again and I felt the emails received were possibly dodgy, so I emailed them directly from their site and quoted my PayPal transaction number. I asked to cancel my order. They ended up calling me directly and I asked for the entire transaction to be cancelled, as it had all taken too long and I had to resort to buying what I required elsewhere (from a bricks and mortar shop). It transpired it was a PayPal issue at their end, which is reasonable, but I was happy to cancel the order, as too many alarm bells were ringing, for me. Having read some of the reviews here, about delivery issues, I'm glad I did, especially when it comes to delivery issues, as I have no end of issues with poor delivery service. That being said, after the bumpy online ride, I would still give them a chance as a bricks and mortar business, so I won't write them off until I've bought from them in-store, hence my middle of the road 3 star rating.

   I have been a customer for zooplus many years, I decided to give pet planet a try as they have better deals but as a first time customer I am very disappointed and will go back to zooplus. my order was dumped on my front step soaked in the rain.my cat litter had holes in it,picked the bag out litter everywhere.

   Super helpful and accommodating. I've been buying food from Pet Planet for a while with no problems. This time Yodel royally messed up, and decided to return the package to Pet Planet. Meanwhile the dog is running out of food. I called Pet Planet, they very quickly offered to reship express so that I would have the next day. I requested if I could actually collect from their warehouse because it is close to my workplace. They very kindly obliged and an hr later I have my order. Result! Very satisfied! Thank you Pet Planet!

   Absolutely RUBBISH company, would give 0 stars if possible. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are incapable of providing any level of customer service that is above VERY POOR. I worked with Kirsty and Shona to resolve an issue and both are clearly incompetent as I had to ring up over 5 times, and after 3 failed delivery attempts managed to receive 1/3 of my order. Then I'm told there will be 0 compensation for the two hours of time I've spent on the phone. AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. I hope this company goes down the bin. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
