   Great Products BUT absolutely terrible shipping experience to Ireland, and seriously questionable responses from Powerful UK. The item had a retail value of £26.67, shipping was a whopping £35.90... this item is very small and light (a dashcam wiring loom), pic of the small package attached 70mm x 80mm x 140mm, approx 0.14Kg weight I assumed due to the high cost this P&P covered Duty etc and made a query to Powerful UK, initally US Tarrifs were blamed, then DHL was identified as the source of this calculated fee. I contacted DHL but they denyed involvement. The package was then stopped by Irish Customs and another €21.56 Duty had to be paid... The final cost was over 300% of the retail cost... approx £85 The shipping documentation provided by Powerful UK included both the item and their inflated shipping cost; which was used for Duty calculation... SO, I paid duty on the inflated shipping costs!!! Seriously you couldn't make this stuff up. The final response from Powerful UK aportioned blame to DHL "Premium Service" for the high postage costs as Royal Post wouldn't ship auto parts, combined with a screen shot of Powerful UK's small print T&C's. The DHL service was "Economy Select"... In short the inflated shipping is totally unjustifed, and a source of "Sucker Revenue" for Powerful UK. I feel totally ripped off and its a shame because I really like their products and intended being a repeat customer.

   I had a new Defender delivered yesterday (bonus extra wait owing to the cyber attack) and had bought a sunglasses holder kit in advance (why oh why did LR delete it?) fitted this evening in about 15 minutes. Works perfectly. I am very impressed and want to thank you for solving this. For reference your kit works in the 2026 MY variant. Boot mat and cargo net brilliant too, just not as epic a solution as the sunglasses holder! Thank you John

   Couldn't be happier! Despite the postal strikes (Winter 2022) the team at Powerful UK shipped out my replacement parts at the first opportunity upgraded to Tracked24. They arrived promptly and I was able to fit them before Christmas. Fitting was easy thanks to their comprehensive videos and was done in minutes. A full set of gas struts for my L322 and no more droopy bonnet or rear hatch. I should have done it years ago. Thanks so much!
