Our boy has bowel issues we spoke to people at K9 who suggested the highland living dog food. Changed him over. K9 kept saying they was going to order more. Going on nearly over a month they've not ordered dog food even though we've been continuously asking. Keep being told "next week" next week never comes. Constantly been phoning too not once have they ever picked up the phone. Won't be back again. Waste of time & money.

Incredibly poor experience. Placed an order for a dog coat on the Monday morning, informed almost immediately that it was "awaiting fulfilment", ie it was in stock and needed to be packed and sent out. Contacted them on Wednesday to be told it wasn't even in stock! And then they would only refund me the following day. Just avoid this company, service level is rock bottom.

Took our wee dog for a new harness today, such a great wee place. The lady was lovely and took plenty of time helping us, she measured our dog and made sure it fitted him properly. Great selection of thing aswell. Will be back soon for his new coat. As you can see he is delighted with it.
