The staff are always friendly, attentive, and happy to help. My dog, Belle, absolutely loves their lamb spaghetti (a huge plus!) and they have a great assortment of chews to keep her happy and occupied. While I only have a dog, I've noticed they also carry some really cool and unique items for other pets – things I didn't even know existed! It's clear they care about all creatures great and small. Highly recommend Petanna for all your pet supply needs!”

“All the staff at Vets4pets have been amazing over the last couple of days, from reception to nursing staff and both vets. I felt so reassured that my dog was in good hands as staff were so clear about the procedure, follow up and patient at answering all my questions. They were brilliant with my dog, so gentle and caring and they made me feel so relaxed during a stressful time. They all appeared to have great knowledge of veterinary care and every member of staff was aware of my dogs situation and were so caring while we were in the practice. The vet was able to see us immediately when I had concerns following my dogs procedure and additionally, the out of hours vets service were fantastic at answering questions and being available for support. The vet was also able to give helpful advice around claiming on my pet insurance.”

“Been using Albavet since I moved to Dunfermline 3 years ago and can't fault them, great friendly service for all our cats at reasonable prices. Whether it's all the staff gushing over how cute your ginger kitten is (and how much they've enjoyed getting cuddles off him whilst he's been in!) or just sending a card when one of our cats has died (even once when we didn't get the chance to take them to the vet and just had to tell them over the phone after the fact) Albavet always seem to add that extra personal touch that is so appreciated. “For the price, this place was perfect. We had a great night sleep, comfy pillows, 24 hour bar, and breakfast. We stayed in luxury stays for most of our trip but stopped here before the airport. Felt like we wasted some money other places after staying here, it always feels risky booking a place that’s cheaper but we were incredibly satisfied with everything.”

Now our wee timid 'Fergus' cannot wait for his walkers Susan & Emma. He sits at the window waiting for the car and off he goes. Best decision we have made. “Our beautiful dog Bruno has had some health problems over the last year and Inglis Vets have always been amazing and so accommodating. Sadly it was time for Bruno to cross the rainbow bridge last week on 24/04/25. Inglis have been truly incredible during this sad time and Bruno was happy and calm when he passed. We even received a condolences card in the post today with his paw print on the front. What a lovely touch. Thank you for everything you do.”

“This place is an absolute gem! I recently booked a couple of nights at Garvock house very last minute whilst driving to the west of Scotland to visit family. Decided to break up the journey and so glad that I chose here! The hotel grounds and garden are beautiful and such a lovely, peaceful area to relax in. The room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped, and the staff were all excellent. I completely fell in love with this place and already looking to rebook for a few more days later in the year :)”

“I don't often review products but we've been using Bella and Duke with our two cats since we got them as kittens 2 years ago now and we couldn't recommend it enough. When we first got the girls they were on dry food and wet packets (which they would mainly eat the jelly from), after considering the long expiration date on the 'meat' we quickly decided to find an alternative and we went with Bella and Duke. We have never looked back, the girls are so energetic, and lively, their coats are glossy and healthy when they go to the bathroom it doesn't smell, not like it did when they were on dry and packet food. Bella and Duke have amazing customer service, when I first started with them they would ring and check we were happy with the products. A few months ago we had some issues with our road and the food delivery didn't come, I rang Bella and Duke who were so helpful and they got the order to come the very next day for us. At Christmas they send a special Christmas meal for both of the cats and it's little things like that just make all the difference. If you haven't already make the switch to Bella and Duke, such a great company that clearly cares about animals. A big thanks to Bella and Duke from our girls who always have clean plates!”
