   Booked this for our annual Panto trip to Dunfermline. Place was easy to find and tucked away in a quiet corner so no noise or biz which suited us perfect. Plenty of places local to eat & drink which was great. A short trip into the centre of town (by car 5-10mins) which was good for us too. Great undisturbed nights sleep which is always a bonus. Staff were lovely and friendly and accommodated all our requests with a smile. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again.

   Room: basic. tired looking hotel. Very clean Parking: free and plenty Quietness: good, choose ones facing car park Location: middle of nowhere, close to highway exit Bed: medium firm Shower: okay pressure. Wifi: 30 min only. You can log out and register a random email to refresh the wifi.

   Wow don’t really know where to start Rooms are awful No staff at reception was there for 4 nights Saw staff at reception twice. Once was when I had to phone so I could check in. My company paid for WiFi had to ask for the access code wasn’t actually advised or given the voucher when I was booking in. Had torn and stained towels when I left a note to have them changed was given fresh 1s but again had 1 that was torn . The shower area is dated. Of all the chain hotels Travelodge is definitely at the bottom of the pile. Was here on business so didn’t personally have to pay which is a saving grace. But I will never be paying out of pocket to stay in a Travelodge.

   Stayed here again on Thursday and once again faultless. Booked early check in and room was ready for us. The staff in this hotel are fantastic knowledgeable on the area and the customer service they provide is exceptional. Well done guys.i need a hotel in this area almost every week just for 1 night and now as this hotel offers everything I need and more I don't even bother shopping around. Thanks to all the staff.

   I have stayed in many hotels over the years and this was the worst. Double booked room. They gave me a key to a room where someone was already in there !! Very embarrassing. Room was very dirty and not cleaned. Lots of customers were angry. It was a long time ago so hopefully things have changed since.
