   Very disappointed with their service. I took my car there for a simple wash , but they caused serious damage to the car’s electrics — including the fan and heater — because they used too much water. The repair cost me a lot of money. When I went back to explain what happened, they were rude and refused to take any responsibility. Be careful before you go there — they are unprofessional and don’t care about customers’ cars or satisfaction.

   I had a flat tyre and I went to them to get it repaired and to have the car washed at the same time. I returned after 40 minutes. The tyre was done, I got in and drove off. Two weeks later, I had my car's MOT. They told me that I had a completely worn front tyre. I was shocked because I had fitted four brand new tyres just a year ago. So, in those 40 minutes, they fixed my tyre and replaced the other three with an old, completely bald tyre, knowing that I wouldn't check the others. Be careful. They are thieves!!!

   Good guys in general but you need to be careful how and what you speak to them. They've asked me for the receipt today knowingly they never issue one after weeks of wasting my time going back for a replacement.

   *ETA: Whilst I would definitely still use them, for those who like me (Lu) don't know, make sure you ask for summer or winter tyres if you have a specific need. I'm told that I now have 3 summer tyres and 1 winter one that was purchased here. Might not be an issue for most but felt it worth noting for people who have a summer/winter tyre routine. After a blow out on the way to a client's house this morning, searched in this area for somewhere to get it sorted. Previous reviews suggested this place was great and I was not disappointed. One quick call, various options for tyres, happy days! Friendly staff, super efficient and 'budget' tyre looked barely worn! Would definitely recommend. Cheers Ali and team!
