    Booked my car in to have 2 tyres fitted. On arrival I was told it would be about an hour, and I would get a phone call when ready to collect. So I went to the local shopping centre. After an hour had passed I decided to walk back to the auto centre. On arrival I noticed the work on my car was only just being started, so I had to wait a further hour. Luckily I was not working that day, so it was not a major issue, but still annoying. Will I use them again ? Probably not.

    I had a very pleasant experience at this car garage. The team was polite, professional, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. They did great work on my car, and I’m really pleased with the service. Highly recommend!

    Very Helpful professional team. You need booking ahead of time as the buisness seems to be in demand. The buisness is located close to the vibrant markets of Kingswood in Bristol. Facing a bus stop for a number of buses of public transport for those who need to leave their vehicle and come back to collect them after repairs or MOT. The outer main door is heavy and opens towards the outside...keep that in mind should you suffer wrists rhomatoid or have weak arms' muscles. They gave membership plans and discounts for members. I would certainly reccomend this buisness.

    Likely not the garage’s fault itself and more of a Halfords booking issue but had to leave this somewhere to warn people. Do not book MOT online or ring Halfords to book. Been in twice with confirmed booking dates and times to be told they can’t do it, either too busy or system is down. No follow up as they’re too busy to book another one soon (even though you could probably still book online or by phone and be told no when you turn up). MOT due date now very close so have had to get a refund and ring around local garages. Again, probably not the garages fault so always double check your confirmed dates are actually happening before you bank on it.

    Fantastic customer service. Welcoming and polite. Told me they’d be an hour but called within 40 minutes to tell me my car was ready to collect. The guy on reception was very polite and remembered my name which just felt like a nice polite touch

    I've just wasted 40 mins and on a 20 mile round trip to your Bristol Downend Road site. My booking for wheel alignment was booked for 09.30 this morning (7/1) When I arrived I was informed the ramp for this task is only available in the afternoons. The assistant told me this was a frequent issue as the system wrongly allows online bookings for wheel aliments in the morning, and they have to regularly tell customers to come back later. I must ask if this is the case then why don't the staff of this location not look at upcoming booking and contact customers in advance to stop wasting peoples time ?? He did say this had been raised with the area Manager but they had done nothing to address this issue. Ignoring a known issue is pretty shoddy and shows what the think of their customers. Avoid

    Worst customer service and actual work I've ever had. Went in for an oil change and somehow gone away with the electrics damaged making the car go into limp mode. Argued for them to fix it and got told it would cost Β£50 just to get it diagnosed. I do not recommend Halfords on Downend road, Bristol

    Spot on service and mot, will be back again. I never feel blagged and as a person who has no idea about cars, they always happy to take the time to explain things to me, offer additional service but I don't feel pressured into it and happy to decline. I am a very warmly welcomed and they are so helpful. I am a shy lone female and their service really makes a difference thank you

    Sorted me out when the garage I had used let me down. A much better level of service and nice guy on the desk who was genuinely helpful. Good competitive price too.

    Good and polite team. However, they couldn’t reset the brake warning after replacing the disks and called me back for an electrician to look at it and pay extra. A quick Google search showed how to fix it. Problem solved.
