   Dan fixed my diesel heater on very short notice and didn't charge any extra fee. Within 15 minutes he found the issue (air bubbles in the pipe that feeds the pump with diesel + pump is getting old) and sorted it too. He clearly takes pride in his expertise. He took time to explain it to me what went wrong and how he fixed it. I couldn't recommend this service highly enough! Professional, passionate and compassionate.

   Sent wrong part over a week late (dispute marking it as shipped, hadn't actually shipped it) sent wrong part. Ignored returns request emails and calls. Part was for my mothers motor, she threatened to open visa charge back and a member of staff was very rude. Called me as my number was entered in email. Then the real craziness started: Woman called me telling me there was a 20% restocking fee (they sent the wrong part) I called her a donut.....literally that's it. A male then called me calling me all kinds of stuff amd threatened with "I know where your mum lives". I recorded some of this on a second phone and the proceeding phone calls from the same male on his "private number" They need to sack this guy. Ridiculous

   I've got to give a big shout out to this company. They have been great when there was some ambivalence about what type of awning fitted my van. I was able to get the awning back to them and engage in a good conversation about what would actually suit my van and the services that they offered. They are extremely knowledgeable and very reasonable people to deal with. I'll certainly be back when I need some more stuff like bike racks or other external accessories for my camper van. Be warned its best to call them first because they workshop is very difficult to find on an industrial estate. A big shout out to Daniel who really does know his stuff about the campervan world and van accessories.

   Dan is really good, so he isn't always easy to pin down, but he's worth waiting for. He always gives me great advice, never tells me I need stuff I don't and has got me out of many practical challenges with my camper. Even with small jobs, Dan never lets me down. Great company.

   We contacted Letang and spoke to Daniel, who from the outset was clear with our particular needs, which was to have a tow bar, a Memo Pivot Swing-out tow bar and a Thule 2 bike carrier fitted to our precious motorhome (panel van). Daniel explained the procedure and process and sent us quotes for the relevant items. No pushy sales tactics, just good communication and advice. After getting a number of quotes, we were confident that Letang offered the best solution and excellent pricing. Yesterday we travelled down to their service centre to have the work completed. We met Daniel and his mum & sister, who were all extremely lovely people who couldn’t do enough for us. Fantastic customer service. The work was carried out to a very high standard and although took longer than expected, Daniel wanted to ensure the job was completed thoroughly and safely. We couldn’t be happier with the work completed and would like to thank everyone for their hard work and dedication to the task. We have no hesitation in recommending Letang , hence this 5 star review

   Letang were a bunch of absolute gents, Sharon is extremely helpful and glamorous and they even have a massage chair, which is enough reason to pick Letang Auto Electrical in itself. Such a friendly service, I was kindof disappointed that they finished the job so fast!
