Rip off. Charged £130 to tell me they couldn’t diagnose the problem after telling me a diagnosis was £80, but apparently they had to do “extra checks” because of something I told them. Didn’t tell me these extra checks were necessary and certainly didn’t tell me it would cost an extra £50
Ian went absolutely above & beyond to help me today. Having done a great service and various repairs to my van, he then came to my rescue at the end of the day when I got into a tricky situation that was nothing to do with the garage’s work ! Thank you.
I’ve been coming here for the last 10 years or so, with a few pauses when I leased a car and had to use the main dealer. The service from mi:motors is superb, far better than a main dealer! Straightforward, honest advice and an excellent standard of workmanship.
Got my car in for a broken air con compressor, which they diagnosed and replaced quickly for a reasonable price. 2 months later the compressor broke again. They booked my car in within a week, diagnosed it as a faulty part, and had it fixed the next day, free of charge. These guys will definitely have all of my business going forward!
I’m happy to share my positive review of this garage. The technicians are experienced, highly skilled and friendly too. They fitted my vehicle in just before a four week trip to France and even though time was tight the work was completed on time and to a high standard. Yesterday they carried out a rear suspension refresh and fitted new front discs and pads. Again, great work. There’s plenty of indifferent garages but this certainly isn’t one of them.

Excellent garage. Fed up with the service and prices from the dealerships, I was recommended to Matt and Ian over 8 years ago by a colleague who knew them. Every repair that's been needed has been things I've already suspected needed a fix before taking it in, and every job they've done has lasted.
