They don't think about pet. They put money as a first. Please use a different Vet, because if you will have a real problem with you love pet you be left alone unless you have a lot of money that you have to pay first before they help your pet. Even if you have insurance.
Booked an appointment online for my puppy who had eaten rubbish and was off her food. Received a call minutes later, suggesting I bring her in that day to be on the safe side. Very impressed! All sorted now.
A great practice, accessible and open for your needs. As a customer with a plan, they provide incredible service that you often need and rely upon as a pet owner. We recently moved from using Gordon's in Musselburgh to Penicuik and the reception and service we've received has been top tier (on both fronts). I couldn't recommend this vets high enough. Absolute miracle workers and the vet Eilidh is a a gods send. Very knowledgeable staff, polite and helpful. They definitely have your pets best interests at heart.
I have a very nervous dog and all the staff give him time to accept them and take their time when he needs treatment. The staff explain to me what is happening and how he is doing. Gradually he is a bit more confident thanks to the staff. Big thanks from Ghillie

A friendly relaxed atmosphere helpful and supportive staff for humans as well as all other breeds I have used this practise for almost 26 years and have never had cause to complain and its local
I really like this vet, they're incredibly helpful and very welcoming when I bring my dogs in. The staff are all friendly and happy to answer all my questions about the care of them including prices. Highly recommend
