Fantastic vets. Always got appointment on the same day I've phoned, staff are friendly and helpful. Vets seem knowledge and up to date and very caring to pets and owners and they have a cat only bit for waiting.
I am always in and out of the vets due to having a number of animals. ICR are brilliant - they really care about your pet and want to help. I've had a few complex issues in my animals and it's always looked into thoroughly and referred where needed. The staff at the practice are empathetic and professional, and I am never made to feel like I'm being a pain by asking a million questions or phoning for clarification. I feel like my animals are in good hands with ICR.
Highly recommended. Seen my Central American Banded Gecko as an emergency and were absolutely amazing helping me explain to my toddler why she wouldn't be coming home with us. The little touch after having to put a member of our family down made a very difficult situation that little bit easier
The Surgery is well presented inside and out and maintained by friendly and courteous staff who know their job. The Veterinary staff are also pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. I consider pricing of services to be reasonable and in line with other Vet practices. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
