   I visited this garage today to fix a puncture repair. After the technician looked at my tire he identified the issue as corrosion on wheel causing air to escape. Instead of suggesting a new tyre they just cleaned up for corrosion and replaced the tyre. He only charged me a small amount for fixing and also included checking all tyres. The whole experience this morning was quick and easy and I was extremely impressed with the whole process. I would thoroughly recommend this garage and would use them again in the future !

   Took my car in for two new tyres, Martyn looked at my car and explained I would need three and recommended that my tracking was tested. When I came to pick up my car he showed me the report and said I did not need any further work which made me feel reassured. He was a true gentleman, it can be intimidating going into a garage as a woman but he was honest and polite. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car here again.

   Ali M was extremely helpful I called up 30 mins before and was upfront and said they were busy but would fit us in asap. When we arrived with a strike of luck they had a chance to look at my tyre and found it was repairable. I was in and out within 45mins really happy so we could get on with our onward journey to Birmingham. Also like to thank his team also for there customer care and team work!    Amazing service. Quick and friendly. Martyn was so thorough and explained everything really clearly. Even though it was busy he took the time to make me feel valued as a customer and see if I had any questions. Explained everything so well and got my car through quickly. Was very impressed! Made a chore into a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend and will be using again. Very impressed! Would like to be able to give the service a commendation through the company so that the staff are recognised for going above and beyond.

   Had my Mercedes tyre valve broken and taken it to Kwik Fit in Filton. They didn't have the same valve as my car's AMG version (as it was much smaller than the others). Jason very thoughtfully put a normal one (just to cover off any unforseen) until they ordered a special valve from Merc and came in.. all sorted in a matter of 3 days. Best part is they didn't charge for the interim fix. Was a very pleasant experience, and made me feel so assured about the safety- much appreciate your thoughtfulness, Jason!

   Jason was super helpful, had driven 1.5 hours to Bristol and had coolant leak and whilst didn’t have time to book into garage, he took the time to come and look with me, help me manage it and prevent it worsening before my return home to get it fixed. 5 mins out of his day with his knowledge has really helped me and he’s a credit to kwik fit. Jason, you are a legend!

   Very rude customer service! I’ve booked appointment to do alignment when i arrived they said machine is not working and we’ve tried to call you but we couldn’t (?) then I checked if it is real or not my calling record shows they did not call me , if they called me and couldn’t reach me why didn’t leave a message or send an email??? And this is second time happened exactly same thing, they do not care about customer or job they just care about money! I had my geo plan which cover 2 years and i paid full money, but I couldn’t get my service! Hey guys who is working here do not charge money for nothing or do your job! If someone thinks to go service from here be prepare yourself for very rude people and nothing!

   I was charged £248 for 1 tyre to be changed. This was not fitted to the car as they say their Jack's wouldn't work on my range rover and I had to have it fitted to my spare. This I had to carry myself in and out to the car. Should of gone elsewhere. Which I will in future.

   I was booked in for four tyres at 0830. The shop didn’t have any tools to take off wheels, so it wasn’t till 0920 they were able to work on my car after they drove to another quick fit to borrow tools. Whilst reversing back out, they span the rear wheels recklessly, and then they were not even able the check the alignment as the machine was broken. The fact they are a tyre shop with no tools to fit tyres or check alignment, plus the fact they did a wheel spin in the workshop means that I will never use a kwik fit again.
