Used to be an excellent practice but just now it’s not good at all. The vet I saw yesterday was dreadful. Hopefully things will improve. Receptionists are great and always so helpful.

It was our first visit to the practice with our new puppy and everything was spot on. Eve from the first telephone call to make the appointment the welcome was warm and friendly. On our arrival we were greeted by a very friendly lady on reception. The visit was straight forward and informative. Thank you

From the moment we arrived, the experience at the veterinary clinic was excellent. There was plenty of spacious parking available, and we were warmly greeted at reception. We were directed to a separate cat-only waiting area, which was a huge relief—our sick cat wasn’t stressed by the presence of other animals. Richard took wonderful care of Luna. He examined her thoroughly from head to tail, considered every possible cause of her symptoms, and asked us detailed questions about what we had observed at home. Luna had bloodwork done, received an injection, and we were sent home with the proper medications. We also received clear, detailed instructions on how to carry out the follow-up treatments at home. Overall, we felt truly supported, and Luna was in excellent hands. And best of all, our cat is already feeling so much better and slowly get back to normal.

We have been with Lamond Vets for 3 years now. We joined when our previous vets misdiagnosed the condition of one of our cats which ended up with the partial amputation of his tail. We now have all our three cats registered with Lamond Vets. All three are rescues from the Scottish SPCA. We feel that we have received an excellent level of service by the practice, both vets and nurses. The place is welcoming the moment you step in, with the receptionists always treating you with a smile. We felt we were in good hands when one of our cats had to undergo an operation and treatment, and we were confident to get our third rescue, an older fragile beautiful boy, as we knew that Lamond Vets would have our back. If you live in West Lothian, there is no other place I would recommend for you to take your beloved animals. Basil & Tulay

This is a fantastic vet. You're made to feel welcome the minute you walk in the door - my wee dog runs up the path to see everyone when we come. There is a separate waiting area for cats too. The vets are very thorough and time efficient. Been here for almost 20 years and, although like everyine else we are on a tight budget at the moment, I wouldn't go anywhere else even tho cheaper options are available.

Diane who I spoke with on the phone was excellent when I was enquiring about puppy vaccinations. Very proficient, very professional, but also not a robot. The vet that we saw yesterday was also professional and had great conversational skills which is rare. Super happy with the service and will be moving my other pet over to this vet very soon. Thanks!

The practice is wonderful with knowledgeable and caring staff. The reception area is modern and welcoming and the quiet area for cars just helps to make my cats feel a bit safer when they are in their carriers. I've used the regular check up and emergency service and both are carried out professionally and effectively. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been with Lamond vets for over 10 years and all the staff have been so friendly and helpful. The receptionists are very welcoming and the vets are very knowledgeable, especially with my cat who has a skin condition. They were also kind and considerate when previous cats have been put to sleep. I would definitely recommend them.

Very friendly staff and genuinely care about the Animals they treat. My cat managed to get out of her car carrier before I got inside the building and the staff that were available were more than happy to help get her back and even though this caused me to run past her appointment time they still agreed to treat her.
