Between this pharmacy and Crossgates medical surgery they always get my mothers prescription wrong. Today I tried phoning 5 times to check my mothers prescription was ready before I drove through, no answer. When I then drove through not only was my mothers prescription not ready they didn’t have all the tablets in stock. When I asked about the phone I was met with “ I’m on my own today and don’t have the time to do it all”, their were two people working when I went in !!
It's just a local pharmacy serving the community so isn't a swish place but it's always tidy and well stocked whenever I go in. The staff are always pleasant and helpful and do their best to answer any queries.
Great pharmacy... The staff are excellent.. Very helpful and super friendly!! Wenever I'm in, Caroline is usually working.. And it'seems only about a 15mins walk from my house.
