Booked for 4 new tyres for 10 o'clock appointment. Dropped car off, went for a coffee, received call to say job was done. All went to plan, no problems. Pleasant chap on reception, gave some good advice and I was on my way. I always shop around and find Hallfords are very competitive on prices for tyres.
Booked in for a service today at 8.30 which had been booked for 2 weeks. Arrived and was told they couldn't fit me in which is no good as I need the car for work. The guy on the desk was rude and unapologetic. A call or text would have been nice before travelling from the other side of Bristol... absolute joke dont bother going to these clowns
Fantastic Service at Halfords Bedminster! Took my Polestar 2 in for four new tyres and was really impressed. Shaun in customer service went above and beyond -friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He explained how the tyres work on an EV, made the process effortless, and even recommended tyre insurance that felt like real value. After a different Halfords Branch cancelled MOT, I rebooked here very last minute and was able to get a same day MOT. I arrived at 10:45 and it was completed by 11:50. I was able to stay in reception where they have seating along with a TV to watch the MOT being carried out on the 4 cameras which is a fantastic feature vs through a window! The people working on reception today (30th Sept) were very kind to all customers, very calm and interested in what myself and others had to say. A prime example of great customer service which the Filton branch could learn from.
NOT HONEST WORKERS!! When I went to collect my car was missing a lot of fuel (more than 20 litres). When I asked why was missing all that fuel they said was used for testing the car..again more 20 litres to test a car??they also reset the little miles counter. I am still shocked... Their luck it's that I didn't take a picture when I left my car there.

Halfords (Hendon) not again please, last year I booked in for my wheel alignment and the guy who did it he completely took it out of Alignment I’ve to go to other Halfords to do it for me, recently I booked for MoT and wheel alignment, on my booked date I arrived at the centre they told me the guy who does it he is not around I should pop in next week any time doesn’t matter what time they will do it for me, I come in next week as they said and I thot I will be first priority but I’ve to wait two hours after waiting two hours the guy who was at desk told me I’ve to go and come back again tomorrow I left, next day I saw email saying my booking is cancel I don’t know how come it was cancelled and how come they cancelled my booking without my confirmation. On my MOT date someone again called me that they are fully booked and why shouldn’t I come in next week, I told my date was confirmed, the guy was explain to me if I have to do it now I will lose my remaining days on MOT I told him i don’t care I just want my mOT done. Nothing happened for on my booking date i haven’t had anything done.
Took the car in at 09:00 for its booked time of 09:00 (2 tyres changing) couldn’t take the car out until 13:00. Staff were very unapologetic and couldn’t care less… When taking my car for an MOT at my garage they explained how the wheels were put on very loosely. Called head office to complain but nothing has been done. Last time I will be using any of Halfords facilities…. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!
Booked my BMW in for an MoT as it was one of the few garages with availability. On reading the reviews I was concerned however service on the day was great. Car was tested and ready within an hour, friendly staff and great price.
