   Communication is terrible, I was dealing with this company for the sale of my house, that wasn't as cut and dried as a usual sale, following a lengthy chat and subsequent expectations set by the legal representative, they performed none of the tasks pre offer, which was the whole point of instructing them 6 weeks pre sale, as there was part that needed dealt with pre sale. They lost email info, they didnt reply to emails, or calls and when they did the comment was "too many settlements" Such a shame as i was introduced to them by a mutual contact, and after a conversation yesterday with the main partner (I believe) I have taken my full fee business elsewhere, feel free to use if you would like to be ignored and pay out good money for below par service.

   I have been Scott's client for over 4 years. He is always engaging on more personal level, really interested in how things are going for my family while the case has been ongoing. I never had to over explain myself and my view points - and trusted Scott enough to make split seconds decisions where he knew I would approve of. He always responded in timely manner and has never been afraid to stand his ground and fight for the best option for my family. He always gave me the worst, the best and the middle option regarding any hearings and outcomes meaning I didn't have to worry too much. I can't recommend Scott enough if you need to deal with family matters especially domestic abuse.
