Mon and Border is our go-to for all things motor related. They have a great selection of products for general maintenance and cleaning to wiper blades and number plates. Nothing's ever too much trouble for the staff who are both knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend.
Absolutely brilliant this company always the most competitive prices for your parts and they are the most helpful people on the planet. Often I’ve popped in for a numberplate sticker. They give it to you with no charge. I’ve bought wiper blades they’ve come out and put them on for me for no Charge! They go above and beyond to help their customers. My daughter went in a few weeks ago to buy some parts to take to a garage a mile or two up the road she was going to walk but they told her it was a bit heavy for her to walk with, she said she would order a taxi And they insisted on one of their drivers giving her a lift to the garage when she had taken the parts in the garage. They even offered to drive her home honestly wouldn’t use anyone else outstanding service from these guys.
Popped in the store today and was seen by a lovely lady didn't get her name but was really friendly and helpful, excellent customer service.
This store has very friendly and professional staff who are helpful and courteous. My son did some work experience recently and he was given plenty of support. The store is a family run business and is really well run with a great range of reasonably price automotive products.
Good selection of products on display. Unfortunately a lot more expensive than online retailers. I bought coil springs that were £66, and afterwards found the same springs online for £52 with free delivery. I also noticed the price of a trailer coupling was £25, when the same item online is £15.
Went here for the first time since moving to cwmbran. Walked in and it gives off the old style motor factors feel absolutely loved it. Staff seemed friendly enough and they can order stuff in for my classic cars so that's a bonus for me.
Staff have extensive knowledge, many having worked there for decades. Great to have a local supplier with excellent service as an alternative to online.
For over a decade the team at Mon and Border have been my go-to parts supplier. Most commonly used items are in stock, and the shop has a really extensive range of tools, car maintenance items. I've found the number plate printing service and custom paint mixing especially useful. The same old friendly helpful team every time I visit, willing to help and also fit wipers and bulbs for customers. Over 50 years in the business and it shows. Can't fault them!
Always the place to go for wiper blades, only 4 stars because the free fitting they offer didn't apply to our car somehow.
