   Had my alloys damaged but denied doing it even though I had took photo and video of the alloys before hand to cover myself as I'm fed up with having alloys damaged. I've emailed HR numerous times to be ignored to which I've had to threatening them with legal action to get a response to which I had a response that said we didn't feel your email warranted a response. This is not the end I will be going through a small claims court to get the damage sorted, avoid this company at all costs they don't care about their customers and deny they done the damage even if you have proof. I'll be uploading the emails I've had from HR to Facebook so everyone can see how unprofessional and lack of care they have for their customers

   Fantastic service. I called this morning asking about fixing a door window following an incident yesterday, and by lunchtime it was all sorted - and this is on a day when a lot of garages aren't even open! A tricky job handled really effectively - highly recommended :-).

   overpriced, been to other garages who have told me that some of the things they have made me get changed in my car wasn't needed - as obvious cause the problems still persisted and Ive had to get things done elsewhere, also been told from my new garage that i'm not the first person to explain to them what this garage have done in taking so much money, go elsewhere.

   The rudest most unprofessional company i have ever dealt with . Will not acknowledge when then are liable. JEFFREY GRAY the managing Director takes ages to reply to emails and does read them correctly, nor reply with any professionalism. It is concerning that they have a complete disregard and lack of knowledge around consumer rights. (THIS IS NOT OVER AND I WILL BE RAISING A CASE WITH THE motor ombudsman ONCE 8 WEEKS HAVE PASSED ) This review will be updated once resolved
