We have had our dog stay at Ingliaton Cattery and Kennels when we travel for over a year now. It is affordable, convenient next to the airport, and all the staff truly care about the animals in their care. All dietary and medicine requirements have been met and we know we can rely our black lab is in good hands when we're away.

They take great care of our dog and are really easy to deal with. Would recommend their claw cutting service as well

My girl Marlowe loves going to stay with these guys. They are lovely and so helpful. I phoned to see if she settled in ok and told me that she had. They had to call me back about something and they did and within the timescale that had given. Always so helpful. On collection of my girl they went thru her sheet daily with me and explained stuff if it needed to be. The gent when we were leaving said oh Marlowe my wee darling. They loved having her there and I would totally recommend. We also had her groomed and she looked amazing so well done. My girl will deffo be back for another stay. Thank you for looking after her x

If our flight hadn't been delayed, I'd be asking exactly how much interaction frankie had with staff as well as how many walks he had. His muscle definition was all but gone which made us wonder how much exercise he actually got. He won't be going in any kennels ever again and certainly not this one.

I personally will never use this kennel again. My dog is fed on a mix of wet and dry food. We provided the kennel with more than enough food for her stay but I was advised when I picked her up that they ran out and had only been giving her dry food. She has lost an alarming amount of weight and has even suffered a stroke which no one mentioned. The kennel where my dog was kept resembled a prison with a plastic bed and the cheapest thinest blanket I have ever seen. By the way my dog acted after picking her up I fully believe she had been in the kennel for a while and had been given no attention by the way she acted. I would urge anyone to look elsewhere as I am heartbroken trying to get her back to full health.

We boarded our elderly labrador for 5 weeks as we had to travel abroad and they took incredibly good care of him. He got an ear infection which is a recurring issue with him and they got it treated and sorted in no time and kept us informed of all the steps they were taking. I found their vet really good as well, our dog looked happy and very healthy when we collected him. Really happy with the care he received.

Picked up my 2 dogs after a weeks holiday. They were chilled in their beds when I turned up to collect them. They seemed very happy. This was their first stay in kennels. My male can be a little nervous in some situations but he’s not been the slightest bit phased at being in these kennels. He probably barked a bit as he can be vocal. My old girl is her normal happy self. Staff were very helpful and friendly - I had a very good experience. I would be happy to use these kennels in future. Nothing seemed a bother to the staff and they didn’t rush anything at drop off or collection. I wrote down information about each dog to help with their care which were at their kennel and returned to me - I was told it was useful for anyone caring for my dogs. I had taken my dogs for a day stay to see how they got on prior to their holiday stay. The kennels were clean each time.
