   Booked an appointment a couple of days in advance, based on a favourable quote on the website. Appointment was confirmed by email. Drove 60 miles to the location and the agent wasn't there. Phoned them to be told that they are no longer buying EVs. No phonecall, email or text beforehand to advise me in the meantime. Rude and unprofessional.Avoid at all costs

The online valuation they give is just bait to get you to go see them ,show them an immaculate car and they will still knock the online valuation down for no justified reason .    Booked an appointment well in advance 4 days- got a cost of £5175- called me on the day a few hours before the appointment & made up some story that some third party do there estimates apparently. Straight down to £4200. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE MESSERS!!! BE VERY AWARE. 0* IF I COULD.

   Complete waste of time. Value offered at inspection was £920.00 less than on line. Car had just been serviced with new discs and pads and operative was suggesting that there was a problem with braking. Car had done less that 30% of average mileage and had 12months breakdown cover, which was transferable. To cap that when we arrived we were told that the appointment was for a week earlier when we had only booked four days before. The whole thing was a con.

   Don’t waste your time with these plonkers! Will offer a good deal to get you there then make up as many non existent faults as they can. Final Offer was less than half what they said prior. Better of selling to other companies that actually come to your house and collect with no haggle on the price.
