   Good customer service is so rare these days so I just had to leave a review after my recent visit to KwikFit on Whiteladies Rd. The new manager and the team he's put in place were all fantastic. I'd had a flat tyre the day before on my way home to Easton in Gordano. I visited KwikFit the next morning as I had an appointment in Cotham. I was debating whether to go there as I'd had a negative experience 2 years ago when I turned up for my tyre appointment there and the place was closed! I definitely made the right choice though as I felt properly looked after. I won't hesitate to go back and would highly recommend them.

   Visited quickfit in November 2025, they provided outstanding service. My car had a flat tyre 10 minute walk from the garage and they came and changed it for me so I could get my car into the garage hassle free- amazing service ! Damien and Steve were especially helpful, would 100% recommend !!!!

   First class service! Made welcome straight away by Josh, who explained everything clearly to me. He then fitted tyres and sensors to the car. Delighted by the whole experience and would highly recommend the Whiteladies road, staff in Bristol. I will be back. Many thanks.

   recently had all four tyres replaced here and the wheel alignment done. I thought everything was fine, but two weeks later, during a service at my mechanic’s, I was told that one of the wheel bolts hadn’t been tightened properly. This is very dangerous and could have ended badly. Just sharing this so both customers and the team here can be more careful in the future.

   I can't recommend this place enough, they were courteous and professional as well as very transparent with their services. I visited on Sunday 5th March and although they were understaffed the gentleman still managed to to fit me in the schedule. He absolutely saved me a world.of pain and I am grateful for his efforts.

   I had good service in the premises itself. However, telephone is never picked up. No matter when you ring. Frustrating when trying to arrange something or find out status of work. Person recommended by branch for alloy wheel welding has messed me about and suggested pickup of my car from KwikFit rather than my home. I can't ring to ask the branch to ask because they don't answer.

   Time wasters on commission is my suspicion. The manager responding to this could perhaps explain his bonus and target structure as this seems to be part of the problem I suspect. I would not normally use Kwik Fit as most people in the know avoid them like the plague but out of convenience decided to see how they would do. I would not consider this a reputable garage and urge you to find a local reputable garage. I took my car here for a repair. I was told that additional work was required and it would cost 3 times the originally quoted price. So, I refused the work and took the car to a local and honest garage I have used before. **** The result: **** As expected, the extra work quoted was not necessary. In addition, I paid half of the original lower quite offered by Sick-Fit. If you waste people's time and try to overcharge... expect poor reviews. If you have received poor service here then you should also make sure you leave a review as I don't believe they deserve the 4 stars they currently have.

   Alex and I think the chap name was Dan are exceptional in their willingness to please, coupled with tip top customer service obliging how to help overcome late minute booking and a distress situation. They are a HUGE credit to you and not support staff I'd say you'd want to lose. Extremely nice and knowledgeable in the product options and safety.

   I had exceptional service from Dan, who welcomed me on a Sunday when I arrived without an appointment with a flat tire. He was extremely welcoming and accommodating, providing a clear explanation of the work he would do and taking extra care with my vehicle. There weren’t many staff onsite but they were all supportive in running operations in a very smooth and customer friendly way. Dan in particular went the extra mile to get me promptly back on the road within an hour. Couldn’t recommend enough and again special shout out to Dan for exceptional service and support. Thanks again!
