   Both of my German Shepherds absolutely enjoy their stays at Robasdan dog kennels. We have used them on multiple occasions and cannot fault them. The owners and all the staff members got to know them and their needs, they have always been attentive to my requests regarding my dogs’ habits and preferences. Both of dogs are big and require experience to safely handle them and I know I can trust Jim, Shona, Jamie and Tracey with them, I wouldn’t leave them with anyone else. Just need to book well in advance as they are always fully booked but that’s not surprising given the quality of service they are providing.

   Another fantastic stay at these kennels for my two dogs, Fergus and Alba. They always get excited to get in when we arrive and love their “holiday” . Would never go anywhere else as I know 100% that they’re extremely well cared for and I don’t need to worry about them.

   We took our dog for daycare, we liked Jim, very confident, taken great care to know chino and told him he had sensitive stomach, which was all written on the forms, seems like he put care and effort. Our dog really liked him, that’s what made me trust this kennels a lot. When we came to collect him it went downhill, Tracey seemed careless and judgemental, our dog didn’t seemed to be happy with her. She didn’t really tell us much how chino was and kind of ignored us the first time. Then she gave him hard biscuits in front of us when I told them chino had a back tooth problem need to take him to the vet next day but not in pain. That’s why we brought our own treats, it’s soft and his stomach won’t bleed from it, taken us a long time to find the right ones for him. For her to give me a whole bunch hard crappy biscuits to take home makes me think she has judged us. After telling her he has allergies with treats, she says oh yeah not a good idea, let’s hope he doesn’t get any symptoms. I was going to book for boarding but now I feel lucky that they were fully booked because I don’t think I will be back.

   Jim trained my dog Kevin and I cannot thank him enough. Kevin is now enjoying a life off lead, exploring everywhere and loving life! Kennels are immaculate, the grounds are lovely and Jim has all the patience in the world. Hard working decent man and he’s there for the dogs not the ££. Incredible and would def use again when Kevin gets a new friend. I will never stop recommending them to anyone who will listen.

   Wow!.... What a fantastic kennel. We have never used a kennel before and were getting worried after telephoning several kennels that were obviously more concerned about money than our dog. Robasdan were totally different, all the questions and the conversation was about Taffy, our dog. We were offered the chance to visit beforehand to inspect the facilities, and I was amazed how clean it was. No nasty smells anywhere, not even in the outside exercise area which was a huge, securely fenced and lawned area. I received updates, photos and even a video of Taffy playing with his football happily with Jaimie. The cost was very, very reasonable, especially for this level of service and care and I can unreservedly recommend this kennel. I certainly wouldn't take Taffy anywhere else. Huge thank you to Shona,Jim and Jaimie for making our holiday worry free.

   Excellent dog boarding facilities. Shona and Jim are fabulous with the dogs, nothing is too much trouble. Our dog always comes back clean and fresh smelling which isnt always the case with some kennels. Highly recommended.
